New Air Conditioning Technologies

Freon R32

The greenhouse effect is intensifying as long as human activity continues to release so-called greenhouse gases, i.e. gases that trap heat on the Earth's surface. of the greenhouse is the field of refrigeration and air conditioning. To limit the use of fluorinated refrigerants, the European Union has issued the European Regulation of Fluorinated Gases. Based on this regulation, in new installations of split-type air conditioning units, the refrigerant used should have a GWP of less than 750. The GWP (Global Warming Potential) index is the carbon dioxide equivalent of each refrigerant, so how much it affects the greenhouse effect.

The refrigerant R32 with GWP=675 is currently the only way to use it in split type air conditioning units and all manufacturers now use it almost exclusively. Compared to R410A, which it essentially replaces, R32 has slightly better performance and efficiency and works at a slightly higher discharge pressure. In addition, it has a higher volumetric efficiency, so R32 systems are smaller. The problem, however, is that R32 is classified as A2L, which means it is slightly flammable. This creates restrictions on the fill quantity of a system using R32, based on the European EN378 regulation.

The Flash Injection Circuit is an original technology developed by Mitsubishi Electric. A heat exchange process at point A (intermediate exchanger) converts the liquid refrigerant into a gas-liquid two-phase state and then compresses the gas-liquid refrigerant at point B (spray compressor). This circuit ensures sufficient coolant flow for heating when outside temperatures are very low.

In the new generation Zubadan, the Flash Injection circuit is more powerful having an improved intermediate exchanger to increase heat exchange efficiency and featuring a new injection compressor to increase compression efficiency. These two improvements of the new Zubadan generation ensure reliable and efficient heating operation at very low outside temperatures

The FH series is equipped with a 3D i-see sensor, an infrared sensor that measures the temperature in distant places. As it moves left and right, eight vertically positioned sensor elements analyze the room temperature in three dimensions. This detailed analysis makes it possible to locate people in space, thus enabling the implementation of features such as 'indirect' and 'direct' airflow.

Plasma Quad Plus Filter

Two Stage Plasma Filter The Plasma Quad Plus Filter works like an electric curtain, using an electric discharge to catch and neutralize even tiny particles in the air. In fact, it can even capture PM2.5 particles (which are up to 30 times smaller than the width of a human hair!).

Independent test results confirm that Plasma Quad filtration systems achieve extremely high reduction results in the removal of allergens, mold, bacteria and virus particles in the room, providing complete peace of mind and ensuring a healthier and cleaner living environment.
